I love artist Gordon Matta-Clark, and never posted him. He is an artist from the 70's and more who uses photography with such a beautiful and timless technique. If only we could all aim as high as he did. This link takes you to a neat video resource which illustrates his vision in motion.
http://postcard-exhibition.blogspot.com/ is an awesome site, so many cool artists. Such a great rexource for teachers
Patricia Niven is an artist who works with Container Plus, who I did a post on earlier, but I love her photography and photo collages as well.
Erin Tyner has fantastic photos that remind me so much of suburbia, and how one can feel living in society.
Nicola Carter, Patricia Niven, and Luise Vormittag are the three ladies who create the art and run a gallery in London for Container Plus. They are so creative and fun. I love the encorporation of great ideas, art, and photography.
Hanna Werning is a fantastic graphic designer whose designs apply to wallpaper, clothing, installations, pillows, dishware, etc. I swore I would never do wallpaper again, but I think I'll be taking that back.
Zoren Gold and Minori are two Tokyo based artists who use photography just as one aspect of their work, you have to got to their site to see what I am talking about. Their work is very conceptual and uses alot of digital art as well. These photos are just some that I found to be very beautiful.
Shana Rae is a photographer I came across whose work is so beautiful. I want to be in this beautiful world these children are in. And at the same time it makes me think of winter.
August Bradley is a photographer I came across who's work reminds me of painitngs. They are full of texture and patterns, silhouetting his beautiful sitters.
